3 steps:

Upload picture by choosing "Browse" and when you found it, "Host it"



On the screen that comes up, find "Thumbnails for forums (1)", right click and COPY.



Right click and PASTE on the forum



If you only want the picture link, hit "Advanced linking" at the bottom of the screen, and you'll get the picture-URL, and nothing else.

Then right click and COPY:
