This is Quiks most overrated album by far .  the album wasnt that good .  nothing compared to Rhyth a lism and Quik is the name ....

the standout cuts on Safe & Sound
1.Something For Tha Mood
2. I dont wanna Eat it
3. Dollaz N Sense - Ghostwriter made it less official
4. Summer Breeze
5. Diggin U Out
