I know many people here live outside USA, so why not posting what you consider as best rap from your country...since nobody speaks czech, it's all about flow and production

Maybe not the best rap from my country, but here's a dope from my homeboy, he goes by the name of "Painajainen",
this track is called "Tequila" and it's produced by Life And Death Productions.

Not a massive fan of UK rap, or what I should say is I don't like it at all, but this track is cool.

too many dope shit in  French hip hop history to be able to pick just a few songs ... just check the albums L'ecole du micro d'argent from IAM , Ntm albums , Ou je vis from Shurikn. , it will be a good start ... thing is French best lyricists in their prime were WAY better than the best US lyricists were ... nowadays the scene sucks but the new rappers are still better than the Rick Ross, Young Jeezy , Wayne and all these BS wannabe ... English language just sounds better and the US  producers were and still are on another level ... then if you want to listen to others albums , check Passi 1st album, Hocus Pocus , Assassin early work ...
