he went back to jail only for violation of parole right?  He didn't actually get busted for a crime did he...I can't remember....

anyways, the prisons in cali are extremely overcrowded and the cali budget deficit is looking to be over $40 billion w/in the next 2 years.  Every year on the ballot voters can vote to let parole violators out early...it costs so much money to house a prisoner in cali these days that maybe he will get out soon.
