hmm ok .. but its seems to be its your co-workers that are pissing u off .. and sometimes the only way to deal with people like that is too shout etc .. but if your way is working then thats cool too.  

Well the thing is, they were sort of temporary managers because the real manager is off on weekends, and they've been their the longest.

Thats straight up bullshit. You didn't deserve that. If it were me I would of went off on her and cussed her out but I respect you for keeping cool. It much harder to be cool about that situation than to just stoop to that persons level.

Yo i get treated like shit at work too...The other day a member of the night crew at K-Mart about in his early 40's skinny with like 3 teeth..Well i was walkin around about closing time. I was at the paint machine and i had a Paint stick in my hand and he was like i hear him say "i'd love to shove that paint stick in his fuckin ass"...I waslked right up to him and told him.."i'll break your fuckin' neck you crack-headed lookin mothafucka..." than we were arguing and shit.

Infinite, props for handling the situation right.  Don't stoop to their level, like said above, you did the right thing, and even if you get abused because of it, somebody was watching - wrong is never right, even if you're being abused.   Cool head, homie, you did good.
