thats what it really comes down to, if you gonna smoke, thats cool, but at some party, where everyone is gonna see you, and take pics, you gotta watch yourself, cuase it will cost him some serious cash

Sorry I can't be as cool as you guys. I hardly smoke outta bongs and water pipes after getting my vaporizer (this is like 6 months ago). I smoked a blunt yesterday and was coughing up a storm. I guess I just have weak lungs  .....oh well, still smoking

After hearing all the press on this... I just got to say, when you win 8 gold medals, weed should be given to you when you arrive. He blames being young, yeah the last time I smoked was 23 also, but at the same time I never felt weed should be illegal. If Phelps is the greatest American hero, then we need to follow our hero's lead... LEGALIZE!!!
