It says "Inside Death Row - The Second Dynasty - The Unseen History".. so maybe it's about..the Second Dynasty of DR?

yep, it features studio footage from Tha Realest, Mac Shawn, VK, Swoop G, Doobie and all the other second generation artist. It was announced back in late 07 and still didn't drop til this day so don't get your hopes up for it...
