At first I thought it would have been the instrumental to that Finesse track "Inspired", which is supposed to be on The Reformation. You even hear him talking a bunch of shit at the beginning of the track. But, it's too Khalil-like and Finesse even says after that his shit doesn't touch that. So probably a Khalil instrumental that they were listening to, most likely meant for Bishop. Sounds pretty fuckin crazy though.
