It's a list of his favorite rappers in order.  So he is saying Redman (Reggie) is his first favorite, then Jay-Z, and so on, with him being just after Nas.  He's saying he believes those are the best rappers out, and that he is one of them.  He doesn't consider himself the best rapper, just one of the best.  But sometimes people leave him off the list of greatest rappers, because of their own envy, but that shit doesn't offend him.  Because he just does what he does, and doesn't give a fuck what others think.
