When it comes to the HR record and ARod people always look at projections and rates but what they dont take into consideration is the mental focus of Barry Bonds at age 43 when he was still able to hit 28 Homers in AT&T park with the whole Country bashing and scrutinizing him, I really don't think Arod or anyone else who ever plays the game will be able to hit 762 Homers again

What I like more about A-Rod is that he came out and admitted he made a mistake. Bonds just kept lying and digging himself into a deeper hole. I've been an A-Rod hater since he left Seattle but I have more respect for him for atleast partially admitting what he did. It's a shame cause Bonds was always one of my favorite players growing up and could have easily made the HOF without that 73 hr season.
