Yella's cool. I always felt bad that they didn't hardly mention him when they were talking about doing the N.W.A. reunion. To me, that was a bigger slight against the authenticity of the original group than going ahead without Eazy. The Eazy-E thing couldn't be helped because he had passed away. So if they were going to do the project, they either had to get someone else to fill in, or just do it, minus one member. But in Yella's case, it seemed like they were keeping him out of the project for no reason. I remember back in like '99 when Dre, Cube, Ren, and Snoop were doing all the interviews for "Not These Niggaz Again," it seemed like the interviewers wouldn't even ask them if Yella was going to be involved with the project. They'd inevitably bring up Eazy, but poor Yella always got left out. I'd watch the shit and be like "WTF" they're not even mentioning dude.
You can find yomo and maulkies mockingbird video on youtube

At that time Yella had quit producing and was making porno films. He never rapped with NWA, plus Dre had stepped his game up and was the far better producer. To me Yella was always the weakest link.
bone thugs ft. eazy-e "foe tha love of $" easily one of the best if not the best beat ever produced by yella, classic mellow gangsta vibe that the whole world knows......... i wish i could hear yella produce more beats like this. one of the most classic west coast beats period.
i think ren was trying to include yella when he said this beware this 4 niggaz.
