naw I aint wit that I've tried it on my first tour in iraq and its whatevs I mean it works but dat shits too fancy for me jus do sum old school diamond push ups or 8 count body builders but still at da end of da day id rather hit that bench over anything for chest
My homie is a personal trainer and he told me that it's pretty gimmicky. I'll tell you what is legit though - that pull up bar that attaches to your door frame. I used that last week and it's awesome. Pull ups are a great workout.
