Quincy Jones' 1995 album, this is great guys. I saw the other thread that was inspired by jook joints so I had to share this with you. The album blends jazz, bossa nova, hip hop, r&b, and so many other genre's in a melting pot overseen by Quincy Jones' genius.

Above is one of the hip hop tracks for taste.

I suggest you guys take a listen, it's got everyone from The Luniz to Phil Collins giving Jones' their all. A nice alternative to what you've been listening lately I hope.

wasnt a fan of this album..

my uncle put me on to his smackwater jack album and that walkin in space album...and mannn..

i became a fan of toots theilmans and grady tate after the walkin in space album...walkin in space song its self..is my favorite quincy jones piece..
