Who knows, Suge always seemed to get his hands on music that wasn't his...

Being that Kurupt was on Tha Row for a while, it must have entered the building at one point and never left, LOL.

Yeah.  This is just speculation on my part, but my take is that Roscoe possibly just submitted this to Suge as a demo to see if Suge was interested in signing him to Tha Row.  I don't think this was an official Death Row release or anything.

Philiphornia wasn't DR shit, but Roscoe probably brought the CD over there as speculated. A lot of the features were cut due to his brother Kurupt going back to Death Row, and the beef went crazy. That's also why it got some what of a pushback.
