I can't fall asleep

And I have to be up for class in 5 hours, I hate this shit.  I smoke at night so usually I have no problem falling asleep but tonight has been a different story :-\

If you have a sleeping problem, eat cool ranch doritos.  I think it secretly has sleeping powder in it.  A major problem doing so, you'll have dragon breath for a few days :( you could brush your teeth, use mouthwash, chew lots of gum but you're still stuck with it.

I gotta be up in about 7 hours. I need at least 8 though to wake up not tired. This is not bad though, for the past year or so I been going to sleep around 5-6am and getting only 5-6 hours of sleep. Not good, you get fucked up mentally!!!

i have a conf call that goes until 3am and i'll be at work again by 7am

i normally get about 3 hrs sleep on the weeknights, then have a good 10-12 hours on sat/sun
