Agreed... Norway owns the olympics, they always get a ton of medals in the skiing eventws because they always have three or four of the best skiiers in the world (men and women, downhill and cross-country) and they compete in every event that they can. They seem to get about 15 medals in that manner every time. Anway, about Sale and Pelletier, it you'd listen to a word they said you would know that they didn't ask for a rejudging or anything of that kind. They were diappointed that they didn't win and they (rightly) thought that they had won but they didn't whine or bitch. They recognized the achievement of a silver medal. The media blew-up the situation and that's why they got the gold medal... simple, ain't it?

The only people who whined and bitched were the Russians. They complained about the reffing in the USA-Russia men's hockey game, they whined when Canada got that gold medal, and they bitched when the female figure skater didn't win a gold medal which she clearly had not won (it wasn't even close). They even threatened to leave these olympics before the closing ceremonies and boycott the next ones in Italy.

Before you make accusations in the future, make sure you're more well-informed.
