Where to find the free Dubcnn magazine in Sweden/Scandinavia?

How many numbers have been released of the Dubcnn magazine, what stores can I find it in and if many numbers been released where can I order old ones?

Yep, so far in Danish & Swedish. Editions in English for the rest of Europe, UK & US coming soon!
