Lunatic: Ey Knoc?!?

Knoc-Turn'Al: (squeaky voice) Hello?!?

Lunatic: Hello?!?

Knoc-Turn'Al: Hello?!? (laughs)

Lunatic: (Laughs)

Knoc-Turn'Al: Haha! Y'all know what I'm saying! people don't understand man. You have to keep peace of mind. For "The Book Of Knoc", What I did was, I really had to move to Texas. My mother is out there, my mother and father are separated. I went out there and was around my mom. I went out to Texas and you know how writers do, don't you Lunatic?

Lunatic: Oh I know how they do; they gotta' get into their own zone.

Knoc-Turn'Al: Yeah, they go seclude themselves. I went to where I could seclude myself and come up with a book for the story of my life and I put it in album format. That's why I named the album "The Book Of Knoc." It's a real good comeback from a potential legendary artist.

I know everybody said I was the prince of the west coast, Dr. Dre's protege and all that but I have to prove it to myself before anybody; you know what I mean?

Lunatic: You can't just let people take the word for it; you gotta' show them through your music.

Knoc-Turn'Al: I don't let people gas me up; I'm not there yet.

Lunatic: You're still beginning.

Knoc-Turn'Al: I appreciate all the fans and everything but when I make a song that they'll actually play like they did "Bad Intentions" and a few other songs I did, I make another song, here's the reason why: If I make another song and it's actually in the category of that, then it's going to be better than that. I don't ever release something less than flyer than the last thing I did. It's like saying this show will be better than the last one; this album will be better than my last one. I don't like going backwards.

I made 800 songs for this album.

Lunatic: Knoc-Turn'Al made 800 songs for this album in 4 years y'all.

Knoc-Turn'Al: Yeah! I'm tired and sleepy but it don't matter. I'm doing it because there's a demand for the west coast to come back on top. I understand everybody else is doing their thing and people respect me; nationally and internationally. I mines will come out with the group of artists like I am and just help the west coast like I should, and like I was supposed to in the first place before I backed away - and that was my fault. I had to go make sure that I grew up. I can't just keep catching cases and doing stupid stuff.

Lunatic: and the people can't be mad at that. It doesn't matter how long you were gone for because you're back and ready now to come back out with "The Book Of Knoc", ready to go.

Knoc-Turn'Al: Indeed.

Lunatic: You're gonna' give them what they want.

Knoc-Turn'Al: I haven't put down the sword, all I'm saying is I'm a little more mature now and I'm smarter now. It'll be alright. I know how to just relax and I know how to not want to be a jerk and just be like, "I don't wanna' talk to you." One thing I pride myself off of, and it's in a small way because i'm not prideful, I'm very humble = I've always talked to the fans  and I've always talked to the public. Even as I'm getting back out here right now, what's going on is the fans were asking me "where have you been?" so guess what? I made a song called "Where Have You Been." I'll have to give that to you soon (laughs).

Lunatic: (Laughs) I can tell the fans....just off of personal experiences and personal conversations that I've had with you Knoc...and I want everyone to know Knoc doesn't even care that I record our conversations becaus he's given me the green light to do so. Knoc is not a two personality type person, he doesn't change when I pull out the voice recorder, Knoc stays the same. I've heard a bunch of stories of fan run-ins, and the people want some new Knoc music.

Knoc-Turn'Al: Yep. Basically, I'm running around and everywhere I go, fans are telling me "what's wrong with you? where the hell have you been? what is wrong with you? are you still releasing music? are you still doing music? I mean, what the hell? your confusing me dude!" (laughs). We love you though! it's all good. They tell me I need to put out some new shit.

Lunatic: Exactly and your gonna' get them what they want.

Knoc-Turn'Al: I'm just glad I'm smarter now and am a better business man. Instead of me just being an artist, now I'm a CEO. You hear me? I can't even be mad. I have groups underneath me and I'm still looking for more groups. You can log on onto www.raptalk.net and talk to Lunatic on there personally and see what's going on, send him some music and he'll send it to me. But at the same time, I'm in the middle of putting out five groups within' the next two years.

Lunatic: That's crazy and Raptalk.Net fans already know about the MathMadix.

Knoc-Turn'Al: Indeed. You helped me with that so it's all good.

Lunatic: Oh I know I did (laughs).

Knoc-Turn'Al: You'll always be the first one to get the information - but you're not gonna' be the first one to leave (laughs).

Lunatic: The fans will know when their ready. They were ready for the MathMadix and look what we did with that.

Knoc-Turn'Al: You did a great job with that.

Lunatic: I appreciate it.

Knoc-Turn'Al: Indeed. I'm about to get back up in this lab, I love you for the call, don't even trip. I know you in Canada doing your thing, just keep on doing what you do.

Lunatic: No doubt Knoc; I'll talk to you a little later.
