I know that L.A. has had a lot of songs that may not have made it to the Bay as far as radio/club play are concerned, so I was wondering what songs these would be for the Bay. I've heard some people from the Bay say that they didn't hear much from Suga Free or even Tha Eastsidaz as they heard from Snoop/Dre/Cube...so I figure that they had a lot of songs that made noise up there that we never heard much of.

It had to be a whole lot. I know that most of us in L.A. may have heard Mac Dre's name, but didn't know any songs from him back then. For cats like X-Raided, C-Bo, and even Brotha Lynch, it weren't many of us that were exposed to their songs back then unless they were featured on an L.A. album. I never heard "Rest in piss" and "24 Deep" until this decade. Same with songs like 3X Krazy "Keep it on the real" and Mac Mall "Get right."

Isn't N2Deep from the bay? In that case "Back to the Hotel". Brotha Lynch "Rest In Piss". "Tell" by Mac Mall I believe.

Celly Cell had a lot of songs that got love in the bay, but not much outside of it:(  It's a shame cause his stuff still knocks.
