I just cant eat healthy consistently

The last month I was eating so good and healthy but I just get sick of eating the same healthy shit all the time.  Now the last week I have been eating crap like a madman again, I have had fast food 3 times in last couple of days and I am craving it bad right now, I feel like I have never been hungrier, WTF! At least I am only drinking water and have completely cut out soda and that helps and I haven't been drinking alcohol either but these cravings for junk food are killing me.  I already hit up Panda express this afternoon and I feel like hitting up a drive through hard right now, fuck this

once a week doggie, that is nothing.  Sounds like you have your shit under control lol.  I was doing so good to but this last week has been horrid.

i think the hardest part about fast food is when you're out with friends. when it's just me and my girl, i'm cooo, we eat organically and she's vegan, so for the most part it's easy at home....but when i'm out with my friends...wow.   i need a whole box of stool softener sometimes lol.
