The documentary was great.doctors advocate was good but lax sucked ass.everything 50 said about game was true.sure he can give you 100 bars but he needs help on song structure and hooks hence why he gets other people to do his hooks the whole album.lax was just a mess of random tracks thrown together.it felt like a compilation of songs instead of an album.at least da felt cohesive.but he's gotten worse with each album if his next one sucks he's lost me as a fan.

GameStarr you shouldn't take any of tha people's word u talked to serious.  They respond to literally EVERY topic and think they know EVERYTHING.  Nobody is dickriding bcuz they like they favorite artist (backing them is justifiable, even if they're delusional) the people on here just complain all day about everything they that's always gonna happen about everything about anything.  Bloggs/Message Boards r filled with dumbass in the closet ass cum recepticals.  LAX was hot, DA was hotter, TD was cool, 91'-99' Snoop was classic, and 00'-09' Snoop still goes hard... those r facts.  we can all have opinions but I live by numbers and the numbers dont lie (whether it's album sales, tv viewers, concerts, publicity/attention via: internet-blogs/radio/tv) not preference on musicianship ability.  Opinions on the internet are really unreliable and half the time ppl r just bullshitting just to get a reaction.  The Game is a class act of his own and ALL of his albums and mixtapes are either good or beast, and same with Snoop.  If they weren't people would NEVER check for them or talk about them... they woulda died out with Jamal I Fades Em All waaaay waay back

Wow this topic went from LAX to who is better Snoop or Game. 

I personally liked LAX. It did have alot of guests but most did hooks. One hooks that Game did on his own and actually had no guests that went on that album was House Of Pain.

King you always make a point to belittle people that like Game's music. True there are alot of stans in here towards Game but that goes for everyone else. I myself am a fan of his music but that ain't the only thing I listen to. So that is a little biased you try and pigeonhole every Game fan in 1 box. You don't like him and I respect that.

Here's how I view Game:

The Documentary reflects a product of the Aftermath camp from the production to the song concepts, their structure, and lyrics.  It was dope.

The Docotor's Advocates reflects a product of material from his last days on Aftermath and his early career on Geffen.   There's some influence from Aftermath producers and song concepts but The Game was forced to pick up the work that never got finished.

LAX reflects Game's first Geffen effort, no Aftermath influence.  We learn Game's got an ear for beats and continues to prove his reign as a supreme vocalists.  Unfortunately, it also reflects Game's weaker qualities - lyrics and song structure.

In summary, Game is an amazing vocalists but needs to focus more of his time on creating lyrics and song structure.  



I like most of Game's music but am often disappointed every time he releases new music.  Mainly due to it being a variation of the same shit of his last effort and not enough growth in areas I find it important such as the lyrical department.  

Sometimes when I discuss Game it comes of as hate because his fans tend to be groupies that think he's heaven sent.  Instead of actually discussing the content they just claim I don't understand or I'm a youngin'.   Great, you've convinced me you know what you're talking about by totally avoiding Game's content and addressing me as a individual.  Right!!! Go you!!!!  Most of Game's groupies fail beyond description.  They make excuses when logic and fact prove otherwise.  Especially when it comes to 50 Cent.  

Other times I express my disappointment with Game because he has such potential unlike so many other artist to have been or still be the next big thing.   People confuse that with hate.  

Finally, I dislike Game because of his lyrical content.  He, while never as bad as Rick Ross, has pretended to be something he never was.  And, it's clear he contradicts himself when he spits truth on one track and then a distorted reality on another.  Did he sell drugs for a little bit?  Yeah but he was a pretty shitty dealer.  He even admits to this in interview but you'll never hear him spit this shit.   But I can overlook this if I think a track is dope.  

I did not like LAX because it felt like more of the same from Game but of lesser quality.  It continues his fucking lies and this pointless act as if he's banging in the streets.  Game has a great life story he could tell instead he'll rap about stupid shit like he did on LAX Files.  By the way Game has more features then TI's Paper Trail or Lil Wayne's Carter III.   Both of those albums are far superior then Game's LAX.   Overall the album feels like a failed attempt to produce his past efforts while branching out.   It just felt corny.  "I put it on my face, call me Starface" What the fuck is he thinking?  Is that supposed to be hard? LAX felt like a big joke save a few tracks.

Do I look forward to hearing Game spit?  Yeah, I do.  I still peep his music.  I'm glad he's riding for the west though I really don't care about coasts.  If it's hot, it's hot.  I don't pretend Game is the best thing since sliced bread.  I don't pretend he's shit either.

Games hasn't done shit for himself? Funny because when he first left G-Unit I recall him reaching out to Techniec and Eastwood to form a group. And I recall him bringing guys like Crooked I onto songs with heavyweights such as Ice Cube. Plus he's the one that opened the door for Spider Loc to eventually get his G-Unit deal. And isn't he the one who introduced us to G.Malone and Jay Rock? Did he not give Ya Boy and Clyde Carson a chance to get their music heard by a much bigger audience than they ever had on their own? Pick up "The Doctors Advocate" - I see features from Nate Dogg, Snoop Dogg, Xzibit, Daz, and Kurupt. Or what about him helping out some of the vets like E-40, Jayo Felony, and WC?

Game hasn't done shit for the West? You're outta you're fuckin mind. He's done more for the West in the last 4 years than Snoop has in the last 14.
