What's this other Relapse cover that's floatin around the net?

If you look in my avatar it has a Relapse cover of Em in an old black and white broken down smoking room of a mental health clinic or something.   Then we have the cover with the dotted pic of Em you see in my signature that has the prescribed by Dr. Dre  8)

So which one of these is the official cover?
