Author Topic: The reason Chronic>>>2001 was because Chronic was basically a Snoop Dogg album  (Read 974 times)

Detox Iz Not Active

Snoop was on practically every track on Chronic, not so the case with 2001 as several tracks seemed to be missing that "it" factor.  With Snoop probably being on 1-2 songs max on Detox we can predict how that album will turn out

chronic was better than 2001 for MANY reasons....did this really need it's own thread?

ya & if you think about it Hittman was actually that 'it' factor, too bad he wasn't poppin' all that much in da street. although I really pretty much dig anything I've seen Hittman do.

i thought Hitman had the best verses on that album sans Eminem on "whats the difference"

sixx two hasn't dropped many good tracks, anyone would sound good on that xxplosive beat, even bishop

Okka

Both albums are classics, but i like "The Chronic" more right now, but the feeling might change though.
