I Need A New Crew Logo

Hey, can someone make me a LifePhormZ logo?  If I could get some type cool design, with the LifePhormZ name on it, and with the following members name's:

Vision
Harmany
Hotwrists
Dizasterous_One
Nefarious
Gareefa

If someone could do this, it would be really tight!

Please, someone make this logo for me.  If 40oz, Gate Won, or anyone else with Adobe could make this change, I would greatly appreciate it...
