Pre-Loading Sites & Graphic Advice ???

well i been practicing making graphics and shit for awhile now, and i been gettin better. i wanna know if anyone can give me some advice about how they make their graphics & shit (fonts, drawing, etc.). the programs i got is: paint shop pro 7, animation shop 3, fireworks (demo), & adobe photo shop. so can some one give me some advice.

also does anyone know how or where i can find out how to pre-load web sites. holla at the post, or e-mail me grg377@cs.com . peace......yung-g

search for 'preload' or sumthin like that. there is a cupple of things u can choose from...

as long as ur familiar wit basic html then u shud be ok at this
