Snoop shouldent of dissed X or Dre, there was no point and looking at beefs from a long point of view there is no point. From Pac to Biggie, Jay Z to nas, Dre to Eazy, and now this.Whats the point in any of them, to sell records, to get promotion, its dumb. for some reason after years of silence Snoop decided to finally come out recently and really go after suge. I don't have a problem with Snoop doing that. I don't necessarily agree with him but Snoop is his own man and can do what he wants. Anyone who knows me knows how much I hate Suge and what he's done to his artists, hip hop and innocent people. But Suge is desperate and Snoop is giving him the attention he craves. Snoop dissing suge didn't cause any problems with dre. it was what snoop did after that is where the problem comes. Snoop has decided that since he has just now decided to publically dis Suge, anyone who decides not to is scared or not "the man" Snoop is. Snoop attacked Xzibit by name, basically challenged Xzibit's manhood andalmost calling him a coward for not standing up to suge. ANd snoop didn't mention dre by name but it was pretty obvious a lot of snoops comments were directed at dre. snoop didn't stand up for dre in his stupid little beef with Jermaine. he publically questioned dre and did not stand in his corner. I know dre was disappointed cause snoop many times went public with his views instead of confronting dre and xzibit face to face. Snoop thinks he is a "man" standing up to Suge Knight and anyone who chooses not to is not a real man. Fuck that. Being a man means putting family first. Although I didn't see any benefit in Dre beefing with dupri, it was easy to know that that beef would stay on wax and would be harmless. It's not potentally a life or death situation like itcan be with Suge. What good is it to dis suge? Nothing positive or even entertaining can happen. Just because suge has the government and fbi on his ass about BIg and pac, and is one misstep from going back to jail, doesn't make snoop safe. Fuckin with Suge means you're putting yourselfand your family in harms way. Snoop needs to push his stupid pride and ego out of the way and think about his family. I know a lot of you sided with snoop and therefore reallly hated on and disrespected Xzibit and Dre. Maybe one day when you have a family of your own you'll understand why Dre and Xzibit don't attack suge on wax or through the media. Snoop needs to realize what Dre, X and even myself realize. FAMILY COMES FIRST. Xzibit is a good man anda great father. he is doing everything in his power to keep himself and his son safe. xzibit puts his son first in his life. He wants to be there for his son. he wants his son to have everything he never had. To do that he has to stay alive. X won't allow his son to be in danger. If any of you disagreeyour headed for a long hard life. So don't question x's manhood. he's gone through more hard times and pain in his life than most of you will in 10 lifetimes. Dre don't talk about Suge in private let alone public. I've only asked him one time why he doesn't really dis Suge on record or in the media. He basically told me that he doesn't want to give Suge more life by giving him any more undeserved attention. Musically and business wise Suge is not a threat. Suge is desperate. DeathRow is getting dangerously close to its execution date. the unrealeased Pac tracks are almost gone. without those death row can't sell any records. Dre's silence has to piss Suge off so much. I can just imaging Suge tearing his house up pissed Dre ignores him. The fact that Dre is fucking him up so bad in the music business has to make him even madder and more jealous. Why else can't suge not stop dissing dre? all the money suge stole from dre, the original death row inmates,pac and many others is definelty starting to dwindle. The feds and the public are realizing what suge is and what he has done. everyone knows that dre and the inmates were the reason for death rows success. The fact is Suge Knight isn't a story anymore. he isn't anything but a myth, a ghetto ghost story. I can only imagine how much satisfaction dre has got to have knowing he has continued on to be a huge success and suge is struggling mightily. Suge is so desperate hes sucking ja rule and irv gottis nuts trying to make some money. But Dre and x know that a desperate and increasingly angry Suge is is dangerous Suge. Dre told me that there is only one way Suge knight will ever exist to him again -that is if he ever confronts Dre and the shit goes down. If it does Dre said he will look suge in the eye and match him word for word, fist for fist or bullet for bullet. Dre will not let Suge hurt his wife or kids. Suge would have to be willing to kill Dre for that to happen. and suge would have to be willing to die as well, cause "If I die he's goin with me. therefore he will never hurt my family - NEVER." Those words stuck with me. Chances of Dre and Suge having a deadly confrontation is highly doubtful, but realistically it is definelty possible. You may not believe me but trust me - it unfortunately is. So whats my point? Talk is for punks. Talking behind someones back is for cowards. Its the man who looks you in your eye when problems arise that is the real man . The man who speaks with his actions is the real man. The man who puts family first is the real man. My family is the most important thing in the world to me. I Love my family more than myself. I'm willing to die for them. That includes my wife and kids and my friends like Dre. Do I ever worry about Suge or another Dre enemy coming after me or my family? Not really. I just know that if someone does i'll confront it then, But I highly highly doubt anyone will worry too much about some white boy musician who plays some instruments on dre's tracks. As far as Snoop goes i hope that tommorrow he calls dre or x and they get together and talk things out. it saddens me to see the family broken apart. But Snoop's gotta make the first move. Snoop's one of the coolest dudes on the planet and i hate that he isn't part of the family at the moment. I apologize for this post but i had to get some points across. i'll post my q and a soon and get back to the music. Ill address our plans for cube, I'll address the state of Dre's production, Ill talk about the Rakim Source article and what its like to work with the God. I'll discuss the Truth Hurts lawsuit, eminem, Man vs. Machine, 50 cent and a few other things. til then remember, DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE and FAMILY COMES FIRST.
