Who you like better? They both have that weird fast off beat flow, yet 2 uniqque rappers. Who do you enjoy more, think is better, or heck who's wacker if that's your perception.

I take Suga-Free is better cause he had them dope Quick beats and he had some crazy punchlines.

I gotta go with E-40. 40 can flow his ass off, all his shit is good from the mob shit to the hyphy shit. 40s used good producers too Studio Tone, Sam Bostic, Mike Mosley, Bosko, Rick Rock. Also compare "crazy punchlines" to a Book of Slang, haha know what i mean. cant fuck with 40 on that
