Snoop don't pick emcees just based on how dope they are.  You could be the dopest in the world, and have a crappy attitude where nobody'd even record ya.  I'm sure there was a reason Tech had to move on, maybe it wasn't nothin' negative, but there's 100 reasons why to work with somebody or not to work with somebody.
