You have to look at the timing of this, it comes right in the middle of the economy being raped, is a distraction away from the wars, a distraction away from the white paper on the id database being published and in addition to which it's a form of appeasement to the public. I am not defending the theft and the fraud but it's a small change compared to the real theft that has been occurring. Remember, national insurance contributions are set to rise, to rate of tax will climb to 50% and this is only what we know about so far. All of this done to "bail out" the banks and meanwhile the banks are reducing credit, so we fund this through our future tax paying and yet they are looting it instead of helping the economy.
