no doubt its scott storch, i mean dre invented the sound n so on but like he musta felt like scott was a big part of it kuz dres beats without scott on the keys sound less '2001' but like if ya hear scottz beats, they remind ya of all 2001 beats, i mean the streets beat kudda fitted into the top half of '2001' easily

True in a way.
Scott, Mel & Dre probably came up with the sound all together.
Dre was the H.N.I.C, while Scott & Mel gave suggestions and tried shit out.
But there would be be no 2001 without Dre.. not even close.
Much props to Scott though, he's a excellent producer.
