it depends, i'm still in training for my job, and it's a 2 year training corse.

i went to fresno for diversity training, went to oceanside for federal orientation, anaheim for core1, lancaster for core 2, and now i'm back in bako for title 16 training, then after that i don't know.

i actually have the opposite problem than people who juice. i get big too quickly. so i'm all about high reps/medium weight to get my tone on.
