Kaka Agrees To Join Real Madrid
« on: June 03, 2009, 03:51:38 AM »
AC Milan star Kaka has agreed to join Real Madrid, according to Sky Italia.

News of his impending transfer to the La Liga giants has been gaining momentum since this afternoon when it was rumoured Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani and Kaka's father/agent were in the capital to negotiate a deal.

The Spanish media later reported that a deal had been agreed for €65 million between the two clubs.

The former Ballon d'Or winner is currently on international duty with Brazil, but has allegedly given his stamp of approval to the deal. All that is missing is an official announcement from the two clubs, which is likely to arrive very shortly.

The 27-year-old made 31 appearances in Serie A this season for the Rossoneri, finding the back of the net 16 times in the process.

because milan of course is a better team and it was better to stay for him.
city still a mediocre team at the moment, but now we are talkin about Real Madrid, and it's another different situation

right now i cannot see the difference between milan and real madrid, real madrid didnt do a damn thing in past few years, even milan achived more in that period. now lets see if the situation there in that stinky club of real madrid will change by the arrival of Kaka and C Ronaldo (if he comes), in my oppinion real needs a better defence team.

Buying a team of stars doesn't mean a great team. You need a balance and thats why Barca and United have been so successful recently.

Perez knows how to build a winning team (he was the one who brought to madrid zidane and figo)

Again, like I said, bringing in great players doesn't make a great team. They didn't really dominate with all them players in their team. Infact, they only won 1 league title all the time Zidane was there. Hence also why a manager can't seem to last longer than a year in charge over there.

Everyone at the moment knows thats not a fact. History wise, Real are greater but at the moment United are easily the better side. You don't get to 2 European Finals in a row for nothing. When was Madrids last Euro Final? Oh yer 2002.

I thought your knowledge of footbal was pretty good but obviously not.

Edit: For the money is the reason.

Personally I think Fergies goal was to beat Liverpools total of league titles over European success. But that is no excuse for consistent failure in Europe. Again Personally, I'm quite happy with 2 European cup wins in my lifetime, it is not an easy cup to win, hence why no-one has been able to defend it. No-one in the Champions League since it was formed has been consistent so its not just Fergie.

Would be a good buy but wouldnt resolve the issues that real have in that they cant defend.

Gone our the days when you can just buy forward players and not have to worry about defending.

Milan have said the decision will be made on monday.
