it's a snippet of a track from Kurupt's upcoming album Street Lights.

if i'm not mistaken, there is no full version available right now; i don't know about any future plans though.

i really hope that the track will be released

about the release date: i don't think that a tentative release date was given.
so you need to wait for more news

by the way, since you're interested in the album: a poster named Styles1 ( http://www.dubcnn.com/connect/index.php?action=profile;u=14087 ), posted a couple of Kurupt tracks, produced by Terrace Martin.
most of the tracks won't be on the album though

i think it shouldn't be too hard for you, to find the tracks, with the use of the search function ( sometimes the page won't load: refresh when this happens).

anyway, about the helter skelter picture, thanks
