Get rid of the west coast board.

Yeah, board sections & mod selection could need a massive overhaul.

Version 2.0 of the forum software will be released within some months, hopefully it can be done around the same time as the board gets upgraded.
Hopefully the upgrade will fix the search-feature, remove the connection time-outs, recover the mysterious lost posts, and let posters join their previous accounts.

Let's face it that this board is past its prime, and nobody cares as much as he or she used to care a few years back.

I have no problem with being more strict and allowing no nonsense in ToT, but then again there will be those children who will make excessive retarded posts just to spite me. I accidently wandered into the release date section.  There are topics on the first page from 2005.  Yes 2005.  We also have a mod or two that hasn't been active in God knows how long.
