How many "Grooves" have Quik made?

I got "Quiks Groove" 1 - 8 plus "Rogers Groove" but im missing the 4.. On what album did he released that?

Then there's Quikstrumental (Quiks groove 7)  from Trauma but i also got Quiks Groove VII (7) from "The Best of DJ Quik The Finale". Whats up with that?

Which groove is your favorite?

The fourth one is called "Reprise (Medley For A "V")"   


anyway my favorite is Quiks Groove III, it's so smooth.

4 was on Rhythmnalism...its not officially titled a groove but most people accept it as either the outro (Reprise Medley For a V)....i disagree tho and actually have 4 as the 5 minute musical outro of "Whateva U Do" and i class (Reprise Medley For a V) as 4.5! ;)

"Quikstrumental" never made sense as "Quik's Groove". There's rhyming and singing over the whole track.
