LEGALIZING MARI JUANA IN CALI FORNIA

the word Marijuana was adopted by the US government in 1932 following the 1931 illiegalization of "Hemp" yup!
they didn't even care about people smoking it... weed was not made illegal because people smoked it..
HEMP(aka Cannabis AKA weed) was used, at that time, to make paper, books, sails (sail boat), clothing, oil, ropes, etc.... infact, in the 1920's, Hemp FAR SURPASSED cotton as America's chief crop.....
HEMP was made illegal to protect the cotton conglomerate, who's members were scattered all through-out the federal government....
So, based on that information, will Weed ever be legal??? all signs point to no....
