Nothing to say. It was well deserved. And i can go to sleep pretty relaxed now, cause at least we will not get destroyed by Spain too. I think Lippi said it best: "We are that wack, at the moment". Let's admit it and let's change it all. I mean 3 years ago we were on top of the world and Spain and Brazil were both complete failures. Now it's looking the opposite. This happens. But we can improve too, at least i hope so.

Cannavaro was been the best defender or WC06, and Chiellini the best defender of Euro08.
Chiellini is simply out of form (but he's still 24..), while Cannavaro is 36 and he looks like he's done (but he looked good against Egypt.. i don't know. Both the guys will play in Juventus anyway, will find a good chemistry).
On the left we have Santon who looks like one of the top-3 prospects in Europe in his role, and on the right we have Motta who played a great season (you might remember him in the double-games against Arsenal..) and who's still 22.
Lippi is just using Zambrotta (he's done) and Dossena (he's garbage) for no fucking reason.

^I've heard about Santon. A good friend of mine actually plays in Italy (he's one of my best friends, we are from Toronto, Canada) and he never shuts up about Santon

Cannavaro is 36?  :o WOW, he is definitely finished.

Did Lippi really use the word "wack" ?

I don't know if it's the right word. "We're not competitive". Something like that. He's saying he'll probably change a lot of players now.

WTF  :o
Cause I don't care where I belong no more
What we share or not I will ignore
And I won't waste my time fitting in
Cause I don't think contrast is a sin
No, it's not a sin
