premeditated torture of hundreds of animals is worse, in my opinion, than the accidental death of a human being....even if it was caused by drunk driving at 7 am in a fucking BENTLEY

HOWEVER if you or I were to commit either crime, we get 10x the sentence that rich people would get

dude probably had kids, a wife, mother, father, brother..would you be able to tell them to their face that the death of a few hundred dogs is worse than their loved one dying? get the fuck out of here with that shit.

and i really dont buy this "accident" shit. an accident would of been a car malfunction, like the breaks not working or something. this was a CONSEQUENCE of a dumb fuck being under the influence and deciding it was a good idea to drive.

it's been confirmed that the guy darted into traffic

if Stallworth was sober at the time, he walks away free and it's just a horrible tragedy

i didnt know that...but thats still no excuse to be driving drunk.

i am a firm believer that if you get caught driving under the influence of alcohol, it should be LIFE in jail.
