Anyone ever watch this. Pretty trippy what he can do sometimes in a matter of minutes with the dogs. Cesar is that dude.

did you know he is an illegal immagrant from mexico?
i dont know how he got his visa and citizenship but dude is amazing how he deals with dogs
he learned that shit all by himself
