said it before, i dig the song; video was "Okay"; but for a mixtape song it's a good video.

This is not a mixtape track.  He released it as a single before War Angel was conceived.    It didn't catch on as in it flopped & Interscope didn't put any promotion into it to help it so ... take that as you want but it's not a mixtape track.
