I dunno about this shit lol. Yeah they are basing on popularity too much. People say Pac is the GOAT only because its what youre supposed to say. I think he was off the chain, one of the greats without a doubt. He was a good writer. But I would NEVER say Pac was the greatest RAPPER. Lyrically, Em strings his words together way better then Pac. But Pac was able to make songs with more substance then almost any big time rapper ever. Wierd, but if I had to chose...id say Em is the better rapper, Pac makes better songs. But neither one of em would be the all time greatest rapper IMO.

Em is one of the best at stringing multis together, but he fails on several other levels. Like substance, emotion, and making classic songs with longevity. Pac couldn't rhyme as well as Em true, but he was still way above average in that category. And as far as I can see he beats him in every other category besides rhyming multis. I don't know if I'd call Pac the greatest rapper, but he's ahead of Em in my book.
