but to answer it: dru ha didnt know anyone from IN THE BANK from a can of paint. Jason from ITB did get some of the one nation shit from people working with dru and it was presumed to be legit. when ITB was preparing to release it dru reached out to In the bank and spoke to them. At 1st he was down as long as they got some profits.i think they even talked about doing some future shit. I guess shit got too big and the project was scrapped all together. As far as why and all the details I dont know I left them when there business end wasnt good

I'm really not trying to keep kicking you here but when you say presumed it was "legit". Help me understand how as a head of a company, you can put up press releases and state on this board that Dru is aware of what you are doing and then the next day, Dru puts out a statement on AllHipHop.com saying he's never heard of you or your company. Maybe I am completetly ignorant when it comes to this kind of thing because everything I've ever been told about this sort of business practice is that it is absolutelty 100% the wrong way to do it. If you are putting out press releases and taking pre-orders and you don't have legal paper work that says you either own the material or have been licensed to release it through a copyright owner, you are not only setting yourself up for a big-ass lawsuit but you are wasting a lot of your time and money on a project that you never even legally cleared. If you're the owner of the company and you go on this messabe board or any website and claim that Dru-Ha knows what you're doing and then he puts out his statement where he says the exact opposite, what should even the most unbiased onlooker think? You can now say Dru-Ha has since talked to you and it's all cool but according to you, it was all cool to begin with. If you guys are talking about doing business, why wouldn't you have him go on AllHipHop and retract his previous statement as a "misunderstanding". Here's the thing. That's not a message board. That's a hip hop news site. Thousands of people who don't visit message boards read that shit and their assumption is that your company is illegally profiting off Tupac Shakur. That's not the kind of image I'd want associated with my business. True or not, in the eyes of potential customers, perception is reality.

Then there's the bootleg shit. You're all on these other dudes' cases for releasing bootlegs when it appears that you are doing virtually the same thing. If I recall correctly, you said you knew Crooked I and he would be okay with you releasing his material as long as you broke him off a piece. You offered to put the music in stores and split the profits with whoever leaked it to you. Well, when Crooked I did interviews on the subject of the Death Row bootlegs, he said he was against it completely. So you're saying he's okay with people leaking the bootlegged shit to you as long as he gets his cut but when he's asked about it, he says he wants nothing to do with it at all. Should we believe what the actual artist himself says or should we take your word that the two of you had some hyopthetical conversations, months before that, and he meant nothing of it?  

And since you brought it up, why does this board keep banning you? If you're a legitimate artist/producer/CEO, why do you have to keep making up new user names just to post here? Shouldn't they be putting your press releases in the news section and interviewing you about your projects? It doesn't exactly bring a lot of credibility to your brand when the only place you can advertise is on the message boards that you haven't been banned on.

All this stuff about you being an original member of YA with Kurupt and this and that. Pictures, video, music, links to interviews. All things that would do wonders to back up your claims. It's not a personal bias against you. It's common sense. If I told you I personally knew Dr. Dre and he did beats for my album but when you pressed me about it, I threw up a video of me hanging out with Cyserro at FYE, do you think that would convince anyone?

A link to a Koch website that has the name "Affiliated Entertainment" but no actual product or mention of the press release really isn't proof of anything. People aren't very likely to believe this kind of trick when you made a similar move with the "One Nation" digital release and that ended up being debunked by Dru-Ha on the same site you linked the press release to. If that could be fake, this very easily could be too.

You supposedly have close to seven years experience of selling albums and working with all these artists and doing business and all you have to show and prove is a link to "Koch Distribution" that has no actual listings. And there is nothing inside you that could rationally understand how someone looking at this from a perspective that isn't yours might think you're trying to put one over on people? At this point, your responses are only making you look worse. Who knows? Maybe we're all wrong and you will have the last laugh. Weird how E-bay and Amazon, the two biggest online sellers in the world, don't carry even one copy of any of your albums and don't even have an artist link for you.
