UFC 100 ...........Who Yall Got?

Alright, the anticipation is building for UFC 100.  Im going with:

Brock Lesnar over Frank Mir

I dont think Brock will make the same mistake he made in the first fight.  He's too much for Mir (or basically any other heavyweight) to handle at this point.  I cant see him getting caught in a knee bar or ankle lock again.  Lesnar wins by second round KO

Georges St. Pierre over Thiago Alves

GSP IMO is the pound for pound best fighter in the world.  He is the total package, and I really dont see any weakness in his game.  If Alves has any chance to win this fight, its going to have to be a "Matt Serra" type of KO, but I cant see that happening.  GSP wins by submission or stopage in the third round.

Dan Henderson over Michael Bisping

I have to go with Henderson in this fight simply because he's more experienced and I believe he is the better fighter.  Bisping has yet to REALLY impress me with anything or anyone he's been in the cage with.  In this fight I'll go with the cagey veteran over the less impressive, less experience Bisping.

Jon Fitch vs. Paulo Thiago
Yoshihiro Akiyama vs. Alan Belcher
Mark Coleman vs. Stephen Bonnar

My predictions:

Brock Lesnar VS Frank Mir

Im goin with Lesnar, just like you said he is too much for Mir, n he wont make the same mistake again. Im gonna say 1st round TKO
Im hoping to see a Lesnar-Carwin matchup sometime next year if Carwin beats Velasquez n Brock wins his next fight(most likely against the winner of Couture-Nogueira)

Georges St. Pierre VS Thiago Alves

GSP no doubt. Alves is seriously overhyped. Easiest way for GSP to win is to use his wrestling keep him on the ground n smother him, look at the Alves-Fitch fight. Alves has knockout power...in his knees. GSP can trade with him and he can take him on the ground. Its tough to call how he's gonna win this lol, but Ima say either TKO or submission in the 4th.

Dan Henderson VS Michael Bisping

Not really much to say about this one, I dont like Bisping so I hope he loses. I read on a couple sites he was gonna try to take this to the ground, his team might've been fuckin around, but hopefully he does. He hasnt really fought any top guys aside from Rashad Evans. They've given him some pretty easy fights the past couple years. Hendo by unanimous decision.

Jon Fitch VS Paulo Thiago

Thiago got pretty lucky against Kos, now hes facing, IMO, the #2 WW in the UFC. Theres not really alot of info about Thiago but judging by the fight with Kos ima say Fitch by decision.

Other fights Im lookin forward to:

Yoshihiro Akiyama VS Alan Belcher - Im lookin forward to seeing Akiyama's debut
Jon Jones VS Jake O'Brien - I was very impressed by Jones' performance against Bonnar. Thats his only fight Ive seen
Dong Hyun Kim VS TJ Grant - I thot Kim was robbed against Parisyan, Ima fan after watching his past 3 fights. I like his style, I think hes a good fighter n hopefully they air this for us too n not just Korea.
Stephen Bonnar VS Mark Coleman - I think Coleman should retire, I aint got nothing against him but he's old n he's no Randy Couture. Bonnar.

lesnar is gonna be a problem in the ufc for a long time to come. like they said in the ufc countdown, send lesnar back to the middle ages and he'd be the guy on the horse at the front of the pack swinging the biggest sword taking motherfuckers out. the guy lives in the woods, and spends his time either hunting or training for fights

UFC 100 was great!!  GSP is the fucking man, the guy simply out-classes everyone in the octogon.....Hendo layed down one of the sickest KO's Ive ever seen on Bisping!  And Brock DOMINATED Mir like I thought he would.  Lesnar with a funny ass interview post-fight with JR haha!

Akiyama's debut was good but I don't see how one of the judges scored it 30-27..

St. Pierre dominated just like I knew he would. He did a great job the whole fight, sucks that he pulled his groin. Still whooped his ass injured lol.

Lesnar FTW. I was hoping the first round but it's koo. Fuckin Amber alert cut in near the end of the first round. I woulda flipped off the fans too lol. That post fight interview was funny as fuck.

And Fitch's fight was really good, from a technical standpoint. I knoe the casual fan got bored mid first round.

Dana's not really interested in Lashley at this point. Maybe after a few more fights. Lashley want's to improve before he goes to the UFC also.
