I would say that it is Quik with Hi C. All rappers Quik works with like 2nd II None, Suga Free, Mausberg or AMG are dope but I'm feeling Hi C's voice. I can't stop listening to him. Just check the track "Niggaz Still Trippin'" from Quik's "Way 2 Fonky" album.

He produced PPC Paid The Cost with little help

He Produced almost all of both 2nd II None's CDs

And He Produced almost all of Mausbergs album.

Most definately, it's like Quik said "Mausberg is the realest (forever), but all it took was a punk, couple o' bullets to close his book...."

And I consider "Street Gospel" a classic, if Suga can match that then that would be great.
