I was one of the few that recieved it back all those years ago, and when I say few, and I mean like 1 or 2. I can only ever recall one person saying they'd recieved theirs. They put a preview track on the website which appeared on the album as well.

In late 2004, early 2005, I think a limited number were printed and sold on Bay Area Music online retailers

This also if you notice at one moment in the pictures, models Tupac Hail Mary Single photo (if I remember correctly)

Also:

and this :

He bites Tupac hard, Mainly he did a lot of it during the Death Row Years do to the fact Suge was using the Second Dynasty Rip-offs (not all were) to cash in on the Original's fame and fans.

Over all  its a very controversial subject. Because of The Realest Past Actions (including his original name, as stated above) the fact he has model mannerism, laugh after Makaveli and then later (for no real fucking reason) has attack People he perceived were disrespecting Tupac (which never happened). Him working with the Outlawz. The fact he Represents The West Coast when he has no real reason.

Makaveli's carreer started in the west, The Realest had no reason, I mean since his original signing he has hasn't even dropped his first album (yet, this will change in the next couple of days). Sure he was signed to Death Row, but that doesn't mean he automatically has a pass to represent. It be like the niggaz at Death Row East representing West.

but yeah Their is so much stuff in The Realest Carrier that makes it hard to judge him as a Legitimate artist or not.

I wouldn't be that disapointed. It was nothing special, and from what I can remember I don't even think Tha Realest was on the CD. It had around 10-12 tracks on it

Twist done a stint, and went back to Texas. I can find out though because VK was also brough in around the same time as him, and she's getting back into the music thing again

I have unreleased Realest tracks (some of which feature the Terror Twinz) on a CD-R which to this day - haven't leaked onto the internet yet              ;)

lol, sorry, but it seems like a tic-for-tac reply :D

You may have mistaken my earlier post regarding the Terror Twinz CD as some kind of net pride or egotism. It wasn't. I was simply trying to give a brief history on the CD... Links of this album were on forums years ago (I
'm sure I even put a link up as well) so nonetheless it's nothing to brag about, and apologies if it came across that way

Well around 60-70% of it has leaked/been sold, which is not bad considering the fact that it was a purchase made in 2000, whereas other purchases made a year later from a larger group of people leaked a whole lot quicker, if anyone remembers the Real Audio rips as MP3's on discs, then they'll know how quickly they made it onto Audio Galaxy and mIRC at the time, for anyone who is as old as me  :-[

Hopefully The Prodical Son is released as a 2 disc set, and mastered properly so people can get a glimpse of the past as well as the present

It isn't soley about the money throwing. Tha Realest is clearly sitting in similar clothing, in a similar setting, to try and duplicate that 1995 interview from 2Pac, even an idiot can work that out...

And the middle pic? - I notice no one has said shyt about that. Again, similar setting, similar dress code, and gestures, and that wasn't 8 years ago my friend  8)

The bottom pic, Tha Realest forcefully sticks out his lips to try and copy the well known 2Pac Thug Immortal pose.. If he forced it out any more he'd be tripping over it

Now don't get all upset and come out with "quit hating" & "stuck in the past" and all that nonsense)because I've purchased a lot of product of Tha Realests. Even back to when he launched his official site in 2001 where I bought the Terror Twinz CD to Me & My Muthafukaz mixtape (edition w/ signed poster) Something like a pimp single (both CD & 12" versions) Mob Muzik mixtape, including all the DR Dayz releases (to which he seen a percentage of) where half of the morons standing up trying to justify his actions in all likelihood haven't purchased even half of what I have, and downloaded DR Dayz 1 & 2 from some link, but have the cheek to come out and say I'm hating or stuck in the past. People need to check definitions of certain words. I haven't even downloaded Witness Tha Realest, which is more than I can say for some so called 'fans' of the man because I'm buying it next weekend...

Am I a fan? Not exactly, but I think he puts out some good music, and has done consistently for years, and supplys us - the public with sound that we are deprived of in modern day Rap music, but regardless of that, he still bites to this day - from the man he idolises. 98% of his fan base is established from 2Pac fans, and if he didn't look and sound like him, his fan base wouldn't even exist, he'd be another average rapper that nobody gave a shyt about. If he sounded like Bust Stop from OFTB we wouldn't even be having this conversation ;) If people want to try and conceal the fact he still bites to make them feel more assured that they're truthful in what they enjoy then fair enough, but at least I can admit it, whilst buying the product, and that, that does not make me a hater or stuck in the past

I don't understand your logic bro. You were easily one of the sole biggest Realest fans I've seen over the years, you literally used to post every day on his forum and boast about how great his music is and how the industry needs to let this cat in.

Now you're on a more wide ranged west coast based forum, and you seem to attack the guy, but then defend him  by saying you like his music somewhat. You even say "you're not exactly a fan"....come on now.

And in reference to your images, the image with Realest throwing money, how is the setting similar to the setting in the Pac picture? Pac is in a boat, Realest is in a club. The video of Realest throwing that money is from the EURRY NOW AND THEN video, which was directed by Chris Stokes, ie Chris Stokes controlled the direction for the outfits, imagery, and concepts of the video.

What rapper hasn't thrown money? You're really digging deep to throw shots at this man when we're trying to re-introduce him and have his music speak for him, but you keep trying to bring him down.

And also, the picture with Realest with no shirt off from his EPK that you're comparing to Pac, that was from 2004, I was there when it was filmed. So right, it might not be 8 years ago, but it's over 5 years ago.

Move on with the shit, give the music it's chance, and keep the hating away (if you care to see this man succeed what so ever).

That's all I had to say.

I agree! Give Tha Realest a chance to shine, stop trying to bring him down! He's a dope artist, one of the dopest in my opinion and his style has elevated and evolved a lot since 1999 when he was with DR.
Pac and Suge hand picked this guy when he was still called Tenkamenin, Pac did pass and for some reason Suge tried to get Tha Realest to take Pac's shoes, but a lot has changed since those days, move forward, even EDI talks about the haters out there talkin on Tha Realest and addresses that issue together with Tha Realest on WTR!

If you don't like the dude, then stop posting negativity about him and keep it movin, just let the dude get a chance to shine! There's too many haters on dubcnn, I'm sorry to say, but that's just real talk... Kind of reminds me of the old West Coast Rydaz

But understandably Tha Realest had his own section where this bullshit was posted despite him not being anywhere near as good as the other artists who had message boards.
