heres how the stroyline goes

This guy likes this girl from afar but never talks to her. He fancies her in a sweet, innocent way, but never has the guts to speak to her. One day she has a accident and is in critical conditon, he sees it and tells the medics he's her bf. Then he helps her get better, is very considerate and looks after her, then when she is fully recovered he rapes her and the film ends.

Yeah, for real.  Summary starts off like a love story, then ends with a good rape.  Guess dude said, "fuck it".  He had been helping her all this time with no "repayment".  So he took the pussy from bitch.

On a serious note, I have no idea what the movie is.
