Well the Madres are either the 2nd or worst baseball franchise ever.  Them or Natinals.  They coulda been the Yankees of the NL & the west coast but they would foolishly give away their best players to somewhere else & they would have hall of fame careers & the players they get in return don't.  And the good players who wanna end their career in SD, the team wants to get rid of them.  MESSAGE:  If you're a terrible franchise & you got somebody who actually wants to play for you, you better get them & keep them.  Another team who should be talked about in getting contracted.

Of course they got 10,000 losses.  They were around a very long time.  The reds were the 1st team in baseball still around from the late 1800's.  The Phillies were 1 of the teams playing around that time. I checked & it was 1883.

And recently on saturday they got destroyed by the natinals also 13-1 :laugh:  even got swept by them.
