smoking a cigarette does the complete opposite when trying to relax.


anyway, if i need to chill, i just chill.  lol  if im mad, i just try to get away from the situation, clear my head, so i dont make any irrational decisions or say some shit im gonna regret.  if i just need to relax, then ill watch a movie or take a shower.  going to sleep usually helps, too.  haha
