Actually, the tattoo did get pushed back, according to Joe Budden's video blogs.  lol  Originally Crooked was supposed to have his tattoo done by the same artist who did Royce's "Slaughterhouse" tattoo.  Crooked left the dude waiting for four hours and never showed up.  Then, ended up getting the "Slagterhouse" tattoo later from a different artist.
