Dubcnn has teamed up with Roscoe himself to bring the fans a big surprise. Tomorrow, August 4th, we will be dropping a free Roscoe album for download called "Philaphornia Pt. 2: Tha Philly Fanatic", which features unreleased Roscoe music from the late 90's when he was recording his debut album "Young Roscoe Philaphornia", as well as a couple of exclusive new joints.

Features on "Philaphornia Pt. 2: Tha Philly Fanatic" include previously unheard verses from B-Real, Xzibit, Daz Dillinger, Kurupt, Tha Armory Gang, Lil Zane, Young Joc and more.
